1 Glass Weck jar, a 12" wooden jar spoon, 10g of our dehydrated sourdough starter, 2 small glass jars with small wooden spoon to rehydrate your starter, a length of handspun yarn from our alpaca/sheep to use as a marker for your jar, and an instruction booklet to help you along the way.
